I submitted a request via the website contact form three days ago, and no response yet.
We purchased Pro, received the license and download link and are trying to install.
When I upload the .zip file to our fully up to date WP installation, it processes for a moment and then displays a “Something went wrong” page with “The link you followed has expired. Please try again.”
Different browsers, PCs, and even locations all fail.
I’m sorry you’re running into this issue, and for the delayed response to the email. I’ve been dealing with some personal matters and haven’t been able to respond to support requests as rapidly as usual. I will follow up via email.
