ICS Calendar Pro version 4.1 introduces a revised set of color palettes, along with a new way to manage your own custom colors using CSS variables. See below to compare the old (V3) and new (V4) palettes.
Prior to version 4.1, all palette colors were based on CSS named colors. The revised palettes have been adjusted to provide more balance and consistency by retaining two of each existing palette’s named colors, and then blending adjacent colors.

CSS color variables
The color swatches in the Customizer include the ICS Calendar color name CSS variables for your reference. You can use these variables in your own custom CSS to further refine your calendar’s appearance. The variable names are based on the “neutral” named colors from the default ICS Calendar color palette, and are shown in those colors for reference.
