Before submitting a support request, please test your feed using the preview tool on this site to see if the problem you’re experiencing also happens here. That will help to determine if the issue is due to a theme or plugin conflict on your site.

  • Please provide the exact URL of the page that contains your calendar.
  • Please provide the exact ICS feed URL you are using in your shortcode or saved calendar. (If more than one URL is affected, please list them all in the description field below.)
  • Before submitting this form, please test your feed URL with the preview tool to see if the problem also occurs here.
  • Please log into your site admin and go to ICS Calendar > Settings & Tools > System Report. Copy-paste the contents of the report in this box.
  • Please log into your site admin and go to ICS Calendar > Settings & Tools > URL Tester. Paste in your feed URL and click Test URL. If an error message is displayed, please enter it below. (If the feed loads properly, you do not need to paste its contents here.)
