We recognize that filling out elaborate online forms can be tedious, but completing this form in detail will help us to provide you with the fastest possible resolution to the issue you are experiencing. Thank you!

All users of both ICS Calendar Pro and ICS Calendar (free) are welcome to use this form. Please note that ICS Calendar Pro users will receive priority support, but we endeavor to help all users as quickly as possible.

ICS Calendar Pro requires PHP 7.4 or later. Please check your server configuration, and update your PHP version if possible. For best performance we recommend PHP 8.2 or later.

Required Steps

In order to help us provide you with efficient support, please complete the following steps before submitting this form.
Have you tested your feed with the preview tool on this site?*
Before submitting this form, please test your feed URL with the preview tool to see if the problem also occurs here.
Have you tested your feed with ICS Feed URL Tester in your site admin?*
This tool is located under ICS Calendar → Settings and Utilities.
Have you loaded your feed URL directly in your web browser?*
Loading the feed URL directly in a web browser should download an .ics file. If it displays the calendar directly, or shows an error message, you are not using a valid ICS feed URL. Please correct your feed URL and try again before submitting this form.

If you are unable to activate your license after trying the suggestions on the License page in WP admin, please add the following line to your site's wp-config.php file:

define('R34ICSPRO_LICENSE_DEBUG', true);

Then try entering your license again. The license API request URL will be displayed in an admin notice at the top of the page. Paste that URL below. (Note: This option is not available in versions earlier than 5.7.0.4.)
Please log into your site admin and go to ICS Calendar → Settings and Utilities. Copy-paste the contents of the System Report in this box. None of the information will be used for any purposes other than to provide support for this specific request, nor will it be shared with any third parties. If you are concerned about sharing certain details contained in the System Report, please include at least the sections of the report under the headings "Active Plugins" and "Plugin Settings".
Please note that we really do need the System Report to provide efficient support in most cases, as it contains essential details about your configuration.

The following steps are not always feasible or relevant, but may assist us in troubleshooting the issue.
Have you run all available updates?*
If you are running outdated versions of the software, you may be encountering an issue that has already been resolved.
Have you tested for a plugin/theme conflict?*
The standard practice to check for a plugin conflict is to deactivate other plugins, one by one, to see if the problem only occurs when a particular plugin is active. To test for a theme conflict, temporarily switch your site to one of the stock WordPress themes, e.g. "Twenty Twenty."

We understand that it may not be feasible to perform this testing, but doing so can help us identify compatibility issues more quickly.
