Who We Are

ICS Calendar and ICS Calendar Pro are developed by Room 34 Creative Services, LLC, a Limited Liability Company organized in the state of Minnesota, in the United States of America.

What Personal Data We Collect and Why

Contact Forms

Information collected in contact forms is used solely by us to conduct business directly with you. Your information will never be sold, and will only be shared with third parties as needed to conduct business directly with you (e.g. payment processing).

Cookies

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics

As of October 10, 2024, we no longer use external services for analytics or sales tax calculation. Prior to that date, we used Jetpack for analytics and other WordPress.com services as needed to process orders, e.g. calculating sales tax. Please see the WordPress.com terms of service for more details.

Third Party Data Collection

PayPal

The following terms apply only when paying for your ICS Calendar license using PayPal or other PayPal-owned methods:

We use PayPal for payments and other services. If you wish to use one of these services and pay on our website, PayPal may collect the personal data you provide, such as payment and other identifying information. PayPal uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us and others, including for fraud detection, harm and loss prevention, authentication, analytics related to the performance of its services, and to comply with applicable legal requirements. The processing of this information will be subject to the PayPal Privacy Statement.

Stripe

All ICS Calendar payments, except those processed by PayPal, are handled by Stripe, and subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Other users cannot see any of each other’s data. Website administrators can see and edit user information.

Data collected in forms may be stored indefinitely on our servers.

Your Data Rights

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
